  • Users are solely responsible for safeguarding all authentication credentials, API keys, access tokens, and integration-related configurations associated with their accounts.
  • CRM Markethub acts solely as a technology platform facilitating lead aggregation and data transfer and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data received from third-party platforms.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of CRM Markethub and any integrated third-party services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.

  • Odoo IN Pvt Ltd reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to monitor usage, investigate activity, and suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke user access, with or without prior notice, in the event of suspected or actual suspicious, unlawful, unauthorized, or abnormal activity.

  • Any attempt to misuse the platform, interfere with its operations, compromise security, or access systems without authorization shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.

  • Odoo IN Pvt Ltd may modify, amend, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform or these Terms at any time, and continued use following such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

By continuing to use CRM Markethub, you acknowledge and agree that Odoo IN Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any consequences arising from enforcement actions taken in accordance with these Terms, including access suspension or termination, and that such actions are final and binding.
